Jackie D.#Challenge 6 Out of Africa
I've finally finished my Out of Africa Challenge. I enlarged a drawing from the internet. Then I coloured it with black water-colour oil pastel and quilted around the zebra and quilted the background. It's 15.5 inches square.
I love your stitches and the image!

Jackie that is a great technique. I will have to try it. Good job.

Hi Jackie,
ReplyDeleteI love your Zebra and the way your quilting mirrors the leaved in your border.

Jackie, thanks for explaining your technique. Another thing on my 'to do' list. Your border fabric is great.
ReplyDeleteI like the contrast in it, the black and white was a really cool idea.
